Re-coat

When it comes time to coat your roof, we handle it all from start to finish.

First, we do a general walk of your roof, in order to inspect for any soft spots, damage, cracking, and peeling.

Second, we take all necessary measurements, to get the most accurate square-footage of the roof.

Third, we discuss everything with you that we saw while on the roof, educate you on coating types, and based upon the condition of your roof, the longevity you hope for, and your budget, we come up with the option that best suits your needs.

If you decide to hire us, we’ll schedule you and handle everything from there. When we arrive, we hook our pressure washer up to your home or office water supply and clean the entire roof first. Once dry, we handle any repair work necessary. After the roof is cleaned and any repairs are made, we apply the first coat of elastomeric. Typically the second coat is applied the following day. After that, we clean up, make sure you are happy with the work done, and your roof is protected for years to come.
